A covered deck on the front to enjoy your morning coffee. A beautiful view of the bay of Fundy and a short walk will take you to the waters edge. There is a fresh water/ salt water lake behind the cottage a short walk through a wooded path. A play ground and sand box for the kids

Only 300ft to groomed snowmobile trail 861, 3km from SENBSA Club 20, and close to four wheeler trails. Located 25 minutes to Moncton, Fundy National Park, Hopewell Rocks, Cape Enrage, 10 minutes to Broadleaf Guest Ranch, and many more exciting places to visit.
