Our home is less than a mile to UFHealth at Shands and the Malcom Randall Veterans Medical Center. We are a mile to the University of Florida campus. Surrounded by woods on 3 sides, it sits behind the main home on an acre of land with a small creek in the back. You have access to the back yard with an outdoor table and chairs and also a key to the utility room if you need to do a load of laundry. The sliding glass door entry faces the backyard. Please note that pets are allowed and there is a $30 pet fee.

Comfortable condo located one block from Shands Hospital, VA Hospital, two blocks to the University of Florida Campus, and 1.5 miles to the football stadium (30 minute walk). The ground level condo is a two bedroom/1 bathroom. Each bedroom has a walk in closet, queen bed, chest of drawers. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, and dishes. High Speed internet and cable are included. Sleeps 4 comfortably- No Dogs are allowed in the complex.

Downtown Studio - 1/2 Mile from UF Campus

This Downtown Studio has just been remodeled and is located on a very private and tranquil property situated in the heart of Gainesville. Half a mile from UF Campus and 1.5 miles to Shands Hospital / VA. Within a few blocks are many of Gainesville's favorite restaurants, coffee shops, museums and nightlife. Facilities available are: Amazon Fire TV with access to Netflix and Prime TV; high speed internet; induction cook-top, coffee press, microwave and a fridge.

This 1940s cottage offers all the modern conveniences of a contemporary home. The bedrooms are spacious with walk-in closets, and the beds features plush Egyptian cotton sheets. The bathroom has a deep tub and a double vanity. The living room features a 60-inch 4k television with my Netflix, Max, and YouTube TV accounts logged in and ready for your screening pleasure. The kitchen is totally modernized with a large refrigerator, oven/range, and dishwasher.
