Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, inklusive Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Sofa (Sofabett) und ein Flatscreen-TV. Überdachter Süd-Balkon. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett (200x200). Zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett und ein modernes Badezimmer, großzügige Dusche.

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us.
