The Trailhead Guest Cottage

Our peaceful oceanfront guest cottage is situated at the head of the 9.5 km Pollett's Cove hiking trail.  We recommend a two night stay - first night, settle in with a beverage, evening sunset and star gazing.  Wake to coffee and farm fresh breakfast delivered to your door step (except in August when we are on vacation), before hitting the trail to Pollett's Cove, the Skyline or any of the 30 other nearby national park trails. Have a swim, and return to a hot outdoor shower. Repeat!

Very quiet place, 2 km from the ''Dune de l'Ouest'' beach. Wonderful sunsets. Fridge, stove, microwave, washer and dryer included. No heating, no air conditioning. ** NOTE** : cottage situated in the middle of a field. There might be mice, mosquitos and other bugs. This place may not be for you. Located on the Gulf of St. Lawrence in Forillon National Park, Auberge La Petite Forillon is an eco-friendly property. This non-profit organization provides socio-cultural and sports services. You will also find a community hostel located in Cap-aux-Os. Formerly a primary school, the building was refurbished as a community recreation center after it closed in 1997.
