Inside the main floor has a combined kitchen/dinning room, and a living room with TV and fireplace. First floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Second floor a room with king bed.

The house is located at the end of a small closed street in a calm residential area right next to a forest grove and the green area Utterslev Mose where you can go for a nice walk around the lakes and with good connections to the city center (approx. 20 minutes by bike or bus).

Indkøb og shopping i nærmeste gader. Et ideelt sted for børnefamilier. Vi har en kat der kommer indendørs om dagen. Den skal fodres dagligt.

2 rooms in Hellerup in a protected house from the 1920s. The house is in a quiet residential area, only 10 min. train ride to the city, and station is walking distance (450 m.). Close to the beach, science museum and a small forest. Access to nice garden, where you can barbeque.
