The Palms is a spacious centrally located home within easy walking distance of great swimming beaches or the heart of town. Our light filled mid century home has everything you need for a relaxing holiday with an open plan living area and a large remodelled kitchen/dining area including coffee machine. There is a shady garden that keeps the house cool in summer and enclosed backyard where we welcome your well behaved dogs on request and subject to approval. Please note dogs must remain outside.

In an area you're most welcome to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a very unique location , tucked behind a large vacant block, edged by native bushland with spectacular sunsets and ocean views The house is filled with character, yet freshly renovated & has a very homey feel. Wagtail SHACK -Geraldton - Dog Friendly

Wagtail is an old, quirky, workers shack; the floorboards creak, the walls are a wee bit wonky, the skirting doesn't meet up in the toilet and there is no WiFi, BUT it is clean and tidy, has mod cons such as a TV, microwave and stove, washing machine etc. If you like shiny and new, please don't book. The outside facade and (non-existent!) gardens are next in line for a makeover but the inside is bright, clean and cosy. Please be aware that there are seasonal double gees in the backyard.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Enjoy the outdoor views from the balcony or the hot tub. Ample space with a large home theatre and kitchen area. All rooms are air conditioned so you can beat the heat. Pets are welcome but must be outside, we have a large very secure area outside for your beloved pet to wander. We have a spa for guest to use but you must fill it/drain it yourself. It does take time to reach temperature too so not suited to a one night stay.

Owner lives on the property in a seperate dwelling. Unit is listed as pet friendly however there are currently 2 dogs living on the property which are fenced separately
