Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There are two large sun-filled bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen, dinning room and living room. There’s also a third bedroom with a sofa bed for a 5th person or use it as a kids room ( we have portable crib/pack n play, a bassinet and a toddler's matresd). All rooms overlook the gardens with mountain and ocean views. This is a self contained suite in the first level of the house we live on the second floor.

Not suitable for children or infants. Lots of concrete and sharp corners. Enjoy the entire upper floor of this unique West Coast Modern home, built in 2012, with use of front lawn. A delight for architecture enthusiasts, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for 7 years. Take advantage of early morning walks on the beach , a ten minute walk at the end of the street, or catch a romantic sunset. Enjoy the cider and many hikes. Use the well equipped kitchen to make a gourmet dish. The possibilities are endless on the Sunshine Coast! Please note: the Pool is closed from October until May. The Gym is closed .

Come relax and enjoy a quiet, comfy stay on a country farm. The spacious open plan studio suite features a comfortable bed, small kitchenette, bathroom with shower, television and wifi. We are dog friendly and welcome sociallized, neutered/spade dogs to romp in the yard with our four.
