Nestled in Branford, FL, along the scenic Suwannee River in Hatch Bend, this pet friendly, three-bedroom, three-bath lodge is perfect for weekends or extended stays. An enclosed elevator makes transporting gear easy. Upstairs features two king bedrooms with ensuite baths, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Downstairs offers a king bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, and living space. Experience comfort, charm, and Suwannee River beauty at our retreat!

Camp Manatee is a magical estate situated on approximately 3 acres with over 650 feet of direct Santa Fe River frontage with a stilt home elevated over the ground by 30+ feet. This gives you an incredible vantage point of the expansive property from the home and wrap-around porches. The home is approximately 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps (8) people comfortably. We offer complimentary kayaks for guests to use during their stay. Confluence Cabin: Waterfront Float the Ichetucknee

The Confluence Cabin is a beautiful cedar home nestled where the Ichetucknee River pours into the Santa Fe. The sprawling 2 acre property has a full acre fenced in, making it the perfect spot for children to play on the tree swing and for dogs to run off leash. Grill out and eat under the canopy of oak trees on our 400 sq ft deck. Bringing your personal boat? The ramp is right down the street. There are also pontoon boat and jetski rentals nearby. Tube the Ichetucknee for free right to our dock!

Santa Fe River Life

My husband and I found this amazing river front home right before we retired. We wanted a retreat home where our 4 daughters and their families could experience the river, the woods, boating, tubing, fishing and swimming all in a nature setting. We love this home where at night, you can watch the deer feeding in the front yard and in early morning watch the manatees and otters playing in the river. At night make sure you light up the fire pit for smores and storytelling or jump in the hot tub.

Welcome to our "Camp House." Riverfront on the Santa Fe river, this is our family home and we hope you will find it perfect for relaxing and exploring river life. We are located in Three Rivers Estates and 7 minutes from Ichetucknee Park South Entrance and near Ginny, Poe, and Rum Island springs. We have tubes for floating, and 2 kayaks. Enjoy a great deck, screened porch, and downstairs screened in room for a campy experience. We welcome a pet with an extra $40 cleaning fee.
