The Studio is private and centrally located - a great place to explore all our region has to offer, easily. The studio is perfect for couples, solo travellers and business travellers. Our home offers a fully fenced front/back yard - creating security for children to play outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. Please do not book if you have allergies to cats or dogs. Wainui Magic - quiet coastal retreat

Built in 2017, this 59.9m2 house is situated on a quiet street just 3 minutes walk from Wainui beach, a 20 minute walk to Makorori / Okitu Reserve and 10 minutes drive to Gisborne city. The lounge and dining area is spacious and has a comfy Asko wall fold out queen bed. It is open to the well-appointed full kitchen. The deck has a covered entrance way, and offers additional outdoor living with morning sun and birdsong, as well as afternoon shade in the hottest part of the day.

Nespresso coffee machine (including pods) and breakfast (muesli, weetbix, vogels and spreads) provided.

We live in a safe neighbourhood, only 15 minutes walk to town.
