The property has recently been refurbished with a new kitchen, bathroom, new wooden flooring and carpets throughout. It is in the perfect position on the West Coast of the Island to visit such historical sites as the Callanish Standing Stones and the Carloway Broch. There are fishing rods for use, beach furniture and numerous children's toys kept in the detached garage. Free Wi Fi is also available

Aird Villa with its south facing decking is said to be one of the nicest houses on the Isle of Scalpay. It sits overlooking Scalpay’s quiet North Harbour where the local fishing boats are moored. Tranquil Cottage with Stunning Sea Views

Number 6 is a cosy cottage just 4 miles from Tarbert. The house is in an elevated position which has stunning views of the sea and the old whaling station. It has a cosy sun room with a wood burner, as well as outdoor seating so you can take in the view in style. We offer week long stays, Friday to Friday, March to October. We then move to shorter stays (min of 3 nights) from November to February. The house also benefits from free WiFi and a local produce welcome hamper on arrival.

Bayview Croft House

Bayview Croft House was built in the 1930s and has remained in the same family ever since. It is a traditional two bedroomed detached holiday cottage with the world famous Callanish stones right on its doorstep. If you are an outdoor enthusiast there are many local beaches and areas of outstanding natural beauty all within easy reach. As well as good opportunities for fresh and salt water fishing within walking distance. Sorry we do not take pets.

Taigh Aosd

Come stay in our newly renovated traditional croft house, An Taigh Aosd, which is the gaelic for The Old House, Originally built in 1939. Our house is located in Breasclete which is a very central location on the island, we are less than 2 miles from the Callanish stones and a 10 minute drive to the beach. An Taigh Aosd has 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen and a cosy sitting room with a stove. There is also a secret room if you manage to find it.

The Wee Wooden Yurt at Caolas Gallery,

The Wee Wooden Yurt at Caolas Gallery is a green roofed, original wooden round house with picture windows giving an uninterrupted view of the sea across to the Isle of Scalpay and South East Harris. Features include a central dome roof window, a bath room, a kitchen, comfortable chairs and a wood burning stove, and of course a double bed. The property enjoys a southerly aspect with masses of natural light, is well insulated, warm and cosy

Harris Apartment

4 Tobair Mairi is an excellent Studio apartment located in the heart of Harris in the old village of Tarbert next to all amenities such as hotels shops cafes marina sports centre and of course the famous Harris gin distillery. It is Ideally placed to explore all the beaches and scenery that Harris and Lewis has to offer and then return home to relax with a glass. This apartment is excellent for disabled travellers.
