Located close to the downtown and a quick 4 minute drive to Aspirus hospital and stores. It has a private entrance with door-coded doors. Ground level w/ 3steps to climb at the front porch. Off-street parking is available.

Head down to the private pond to try your luck at fishing (no license required) or paddle boarding. If you need to warm up, use the sauna or the outdoor hot tub year round.
