It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

A unique, tranquil and authentic Slovenian experience with some modern style. Soul to reset. A cute studio in a beautiful peaceful generational farm. With great views, abundance of nature, bike tracks at the door, organic food and only 20min bus ride to Maribor (bus stop is 5 min walk). 15 min drive to The Wine Rd which weaves through Slovenia and Austria. Besonders wurde wert gelegt auf hochwertige Architektur: Das Baumhaus ist nachhaltig und mit hochwertigen Materialien errichtet und bietet ein Wohlfühl-Ambiente mitten in der Natur. Es wurde bereits mit der Geramb Rose 2024, einem steirischen Architekturpreis sowie einem Holzbaupreis ausgezeichnet. Es liegt ruhig abseits des Hofgefüges.

Unser idyllisches Haus am Waldrand bietet einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf die Weinberge und absolute Privatsphäre, ohne direkte Nachbarn. Entspanne in der Hängematte oder genieße Abende am Feuer. Trotz der ruhigen Lage erreichst du Buschenschanken und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem. Dank der Lage an der slowenischen Grenze ist das Haus ideal für Wintersportler, und die Umgebung lädt zu Rad- und Wandertouren ein. Perfekt, um Entspannung und Aktivurlaub zu verbinden.

Naša namestitev je pravi kraj, kjer lahko pobegnete od vsakodnevnega stresa in se spočijete v neokrnjeni naravi. Pridite in doživite čarobnost smrekovega gozda, žvrgolenje ptic ter se prepustite sprostitvi in uživanju v prijetnem vzdušju naše namestitve. V bližini namestitve se nahaja veliko možnosti za aktivnosti na prostem. Naravne poti, pohodniške steze in kolesarske poti vam omogočajo raziskovanje okolice ter odkrivanje skritih kotičkov neokrnjene narave.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
