The fireplace and heaters will make sure you’re nice and warm. The lawn and outdoor sit-out are perfect for a cup of tea or two!

Half an hour’s drive away from Kasauli, a sprawling, non-air-conditioned, three-bedroom villa with a treehouse and a fireplace on the deck for barbecue. There’s no TV, nor wi-fi. Great for privacy, minimalism and a digital detox. There's no full-time/live-in housekeeper/caretaker. The part-time help cooks for extra payment. More than four guests are charged at an additional Rs1000 per night per guest. Staff and children above 12 are counted as guests.
