Horton farm cottage located on 40 acres.

Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

Peaceful Cottage - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

Our comfortable and quiet guest cottage is set among Ponderosa pines in the Sierra Nevada foothills, 15 minutes from more than 40 Shenandoah Valley wineries. Private tastings can be arranged. The pool is private to our guests and usually open after Memorial Day. About 50 mins to ski areas. The Cottage easily accommodates 2 couples in two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. EV charging is available - additional fee. The deck is great for outside dining or just enjoying a glass of wine.

Casita in Wine Country

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The hosts live on sight but enjoy sharing their beautiful view from this separate Casita. There is a fun 1 mile hike on the property. Only 5-10 minute drive to local wineries. The quaint town of Plymouth is a 10 minute drive which hosts Taste, a 5 Star restaurant. Black Chasm Caverns is a 30 minute drive as well as Jackson Rancheria Casino. Kirkwood Skiing is an hour drive. We have a Tesla charging station for an additional $20 a night.

There is a massive adjoining lot to enjoy, as well as hundreds of miles of biking, hiking and fishing trails within a few blocks. You are approximately 45m-1h drive from the Yosemite Valley Park where you can experience one of the worlds greatest places of natural beauty. The cabin is equipped for everything that you and your partner/friend need to enjoy the area. Cookware, french press and a small refrigerator. The Sierra Nevada mountains range in temperature wildly. The greens and the yellows of California ebb and flow through the seasons creating unique natural beauty which is different each season of the year.

The Foley Nest

Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.
