We love all people, but due to the design of the open loft our space is unsafe for kiddos….but not grown ups! Thank you for understanding. We are a short distance (3.5 blocks) from the beach stairs (241 steps); a beautiful bluff-front park (Douglas Family Preserve); Shoreline Park; close to great restaurants; a lovely organic market; and just a short drive (~7 minutes) to State Street and Santa Barbara's famed Funk Zone.

Our cozy studio retreat is a perfect home base for exploring the beautiful Santa Barbara area beaches, Spanish-style downtown, mountain hiking, and coastal foothills. We are a ten minute walk from Devereux beach, UCSB and its lagoon, and only an 8 minute drive from both the Santa Barbara airport and Goleta Amtrak station.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom PLUS casita home is nestled in 1/2 acre of beautiful garden with California Oaks, Pepper trees and Palms. Each window looks out to a beautiful garden setting. The back garden with its sunny southern exposure, is a lovely place to sit and admire the scenic views to the lower lawn and beyond to an open meadow. The private beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the house. The house is located near endless paths for walking on the More Mesa preserve.

The Sandpiper golf course and Bacara resort are minutes away. Off-street parking at the end of a cul-de-sac.
