Our NEWLY REMODELED (2021) spacious loft apartment is nestled above the garden, One block from the beach and close to UCSB. Created is a restful, quiet space for you to unwind inside and out. We love all people, but due to the design of the open loft our space is unsafe for kiddos….but not grown ups! Thank you for understanding. The backyard is made for entertainment as well as games. The full kitchen is stocked with all you need for family dinner or just a romantic dinner for two. Relax at the Lighthouse Keeper's House. A perfect spot to retreat to in Santa Barbara. Warm and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the steps to pet friendly beach. A studio size bungalow with a full kitchen. Private deck out back and private enclosed front yard with a fire bowl. Sleeps 1-2 people. Pets okay, unless they're notorious barkers. Please note that there is a $85 pet fee for your pets stay. Many great restaurants, and a natural grocery store (Lazy Acres) .

Relax in our remodeled home in a quiet, mature neighborhood nestled in farmland between the Santa Ynez Mountains and the Gaviota coast. Enjoy our landscaped garden with pool, hot tub, pergola, BBQ, and firepit. 15 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara, 10 from UCSB, and 5 from the nearest beach (there are several to choose from within 20 minutes). The Sandpiper golf course and Bacara resort are minutes away. Off-street parking at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Garden Studio near the beach

This is a cozy garden studio 10 minutes walk through the neighborhood to the private beach and 10 minutes drive to Santa Barbara. It’s a great place for a retreat. The studio has a kitchenette, bathroom, comfy queen bed, and french doors opening up to a private sunny sitting area. It has a parking area and a pathway to the entrance. There are endless paths for walking or riding bikes on the beautiful More Mesa preserve, short walk from the studio.
