Yass is just 10 km and Murrumbateman Wineries 33 km. Glenview is a working farm where we breed Alpacas, Dorper Sheep, Aussie Miniature Goats, Free Range Hens, Turkeys and a Peacocks. Guests are welcome to help with feeding the animals in the afternoon Please note we are not a pet friendly accommodation

If you love live music, local wine, whisky or gin, this is a great valley to explore. For fishing, bring your gear or boat for the river, the dam or a nearby lake. Hideaway in Wamboin. 15 minutes to Queanbeyan or Bungendore, close to wineries. Comfortable, private and separate studio unit (donga) with queen bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Tea's and Coffees available. Stargazing on clear nights, peace and quiet. This is a small space that is not suitable for long term rental. Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)

Mystic Ridge Estate offers ‘StarGazer'. Be amazed by the breathtaking panoramic lake views as the property is situated on the west ridge overlooking Lake George. The lake bed is visible during the dry years and the lake will slowly reappear during wet years. The lake is currently the fullest it’s been in many years. You are encouraged to view it before it dries up again! We have three accommodation choices on the property so please check out the other two listings!

With a fenced garden this heritage accommodation is also pet-friendly. It is conveniently located close to the Hume Highway between Sydney and Melbourne. For those who are sensitive to traffic noise, we provide earplugs.
