Situated 10 mins from the township of Winton, central Southland. We are a sheep and crop farm, good views over the paddocks from the hut deck. All the basics you need, bed, chair, table, kitchen, bathroom and then your own outside eating area and bath on the deck under the veranda. Nearest town is Winton 10 mins away , with supermarket, choice of places to eat or takeaway. A great spot in central Southland 2 hr Queenstown, 45 min Invercargill, 1hr 10 Te Anau, 35 m Riverton Beach

This peaceful, hill top, studio room is just a 10 minute amble to the town’s parks, gardens, cafes, shops and restaurants. Wifi, TV, microwave and small refrigerator, kettle and toaster with basic kitchen cutlery and crockery, teas and coffees supplied. Brand new bathroom. Private entry and driveway with undercover parking. The decor is eclectic and there are two outdoor seating options. The garden is shared. Guest access by key lock. Check in from 3pm and check out by noon.

Pamela’s Studio Apartment

Fully renovated and self contained studio. Enjoy a private entrance, into a comfortable, apartment that is warm in winter and cool in summer. It is suitable for one person on their own. Also has its own full laundry and access to outdoor area. Free Wifi and 50 inch Smart TV. Twin River cottages provides quality accommodation on a working farm just five minutes drive from the town of Gore, in the heart of Southland. Gore is a rural town on the banks of the famous Mataura River, known as the world capital of brown trout fishing. Two fishable tributaries of the Mataura River flow through the property. Gore has a population of approximately 7,500. A great place to be based while exploring all that Southland has to offer.

Mt Talbot Cottage

Come and experience country living in this lovely 2 bedroom cottage on the edge of the Gore Township. Pets okay but MUST be keep outside. NO pets inside. Got no problem with people using electric cars but being sneaky and plugging in after dark will earn you a bad review and comments. Just be honest and talk with us.
