Spacious, quiet and stylish studio flat with a king size bed in central Worthing ( poet's corner conservation area) with modern bathroom and kitchen overlooking a beautiful back garden. 5 min walk to Worthing West End with many restaurants. 15 Minutes to West Worthing or Worthing stations. 10-minute walk to the beach. The studio is self-contained, with a shared hallway but its own key. There is storage space in the hallway and free parking in front of the house between 3 pm and 10 am.

Welcome to Carwen Studio. We can’t wait to host you in sunny Worthing. We are in a lovely walk into the very popular Broadwater and Tarring areas and a short journey to Worthings Cafe and Beachlife. Carwen Studio is well equipped . There is a comfortable lounge with Kitchenette which includes kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. As well as this great lounge you have a bedroom and shower room and you are welcome to use an allocated of road parking space.

The 'Garden Room' is a light and airy self contained three room annex, located in the picturesque village of High Salvington, well known for its Windmill in the Souths Downs National Park. It it is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house. With easy access to the Souths Downs, it’s location is ideal for both walking & cycling and also within a 25 minute drive to Goodwood, Chichester, Cowdray and Brighton & Hove.

Our annexe in Goring-by-Sea has its own entrance and has a fully equipped kitchen, ensuite shower room and Wifi. The beach is a 5 min walk, close to the popular Sea Lane Cafe. Ideally located for Worthing, the Beach and the South Downs. Free on road parking. Minimum 2 night stay. PLEASE NOTE: The bedroom is currently set-up as a Super King Bed, however we have the option of 2 single beds instead, please message us directly when booking to request
