Walking distance to Mariaplan - the heart of Majorna, with several nice restaurants, bars and shops and a large pool for children. Around the corner is a tram stop that takes you into the city or out to the archipelago (15 minutes in each direction). Ica Supermarket is one block away. The perfect accommodation for families with children or larger groups of up to 8 people.

Here in Sundhammar you can sunbathe or swim in the sea, bathing ladder, jetty or beach are 3 - 5 minutes away. Kids can fish for crabs, or try their luck at fishing from the rocks. If you have a canoe, there are great opportunities for kayaking in a marine environment. Or maybe you want to prepare and eat a good meal at sunset. If it is not bathing weather, Kungälv, Marstrand or Gothenburg (Liseberg) are not that far away. Here is a unique small marine bay, with a small marina and large sea.

Väldigt nära till spårvagn (hållplats Sanatoriegatan) som tar er både till Korsvägen/Liseberg/skandinavium & Centralstationen utan att behöva byta spårvagn! Detta är inget lyxboende utan det är en källare, men väldigt prisvärt :)
