This spacious family home with a lovely view of Lake Eildon is just a short walk to the water and the general store. BYO boat and launch it at the boat ramp just minutes from the house. In the cooler months a cozy wood fire upstairs makes it the perfect place to relax after a days skiing on nearby Mt Buller, just 50 minutes away.

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm, Mansfield

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm is a place to switch off and reconnect with nature. It sits on 160 rolling acres and is surrounded by a 5000 acre working farm. It is an off grid restored shearer's hut with a separate bathroom/toilet and outdoor kitchen. USB charging is available. The hut operates on 12 volt power and gas is provided for water heating and cooking. There is a indoor fireplace for warmth and an outdoor firepit for fun. It is for guests who enjoy outdoor adventures! Note unfenced dams.
