We call this our Cabin but it is a small home with 110m2 living area & 47m2 of outdoor undercover living. 13 minutes from Mansfield & ideally located to explore the High Country.

The Lake House at Gough's

This spacious family home with a lovely view of Lake Eildon is just a short walk to the water and the general store. Enjoy sunsets from the expansive deck, visits from the friendly parrots and kangaroos, stargazing by the fire pit at night and morning kayak adventures on the lake. BYO boat and launch it at the boat ramp just minutes from the house. In the cooler months a cozy wood fire upstairs makes it the perfect place to relax after a days skiing on nearby Mt Buller, just 50 minutes away.

Cottage by the Lake

Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

A cosy unit that has everything you need. Se clusion shared with an olive grove ,sheep and poultry makes this place unique. Situated between Melbourne and Canberra/Sydney. An ideal stop over. Located close to the snow, wineries, gourmet region, lakes or for just chilling. A continental breakfast is included , fire pit, multiple walks and a simple home cooked limited menu if available. Pet friendly for well behaved pets. $15 per pet per /night. A private spa is available, $35 for 2 nights.

Our guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living and dining plus a laundry. The kitchen comes with essentials for a short stay. It can accommodate 1 to 4 people. In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.

Cortes Cabin

Welcome to ‘Cortes Stays’. Newly built off-grid cabin nestled by the Ovens River on our 100 year old Walnut Grove. Bathe outside in the outdoor bath, or use the purpose built steps that will take you down to the river's edge. Wander around the farm and over to another swimming spot, where you’ll find kayaks and a canoe for you to use. A large window at the end of the bed allows you to stargaze at night or watch the water flow by as you rest and charge your batteries.
