Our RV is exactly built for off-road. Great opportunity to tow easily with SUV, Truck and other vehicle which has 2200 lbs towing capacity with 7-PIN Trailer Plug. -Hitch ball: 2” (upon request, we can provide it). -For stays of 3 nights or more, compatible solar panel will be required (we can provide it). -Lower vehicles are not accepted due to safety reasons. Discovering the unique view and best camp areas near Arches & Canyonlands National Parks. It has an outdoor shower and BBQ Grill.

This home is located within the great attractions that Utah has to offer. The Arches in Moab Ut, Goblin Valley State Park, Dead Horse Point, and many more! Green River offers activities to check out as well; Museum/Information center, Crystal Geyser, Beach area alongside the river, Golf course, Hiking, ATV trails, River rafting etc. Small farm community, population around 900, google area and miles to your destinations. Home is NOT kid friendly. No pets allowed. Host lives in town.

The 'Aerie Loft' offers a covered carport which it is situated above for relaxing outdoors, tinkering with gear, and an outdoor garden area for BBQing.

Located at exit #187 on I-70, we are close to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is great for those who enjoy peace and quiet while enjoying the great outdoors. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. Just 3 miles north on a paved road are 4500 year old Indian paintings. ATV riding is at your doorstep. The RV park that is next to the house is small and quiet . We are at the base of the Book Cliffs with antelope frequenting Thompson Springs.
