Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

We call it "The Schoolhouse:" once a one-room schoolhouse and now a VT lake getaway! Private and close to activities: sandy dunes beach (1 mi), golf (1 mi), two vineyards (23 mi), Montreal (~1hr), beautiful biking roads, shared dock, sunset views over the lake, and back yard abuts 20+ acres of bird-filled conservation meadows. Newly renovated 600 square foot house features a heat pump, WIFI, new flooring fresh paint, and comfortable furniture to kick back and relax in. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a 40 inch TV with Roku, a gas grill and all linens and towels are included. Boat launch and Alburg Sand Beach (the dunes) is about 3 minutes as well. Harborside Market has all the essentials. Explore the local restaurant scene. Visit The North Hero House, Shore Acres or The Blue Paddle for a delicious meal.
