The Bunkhouse includes a coffee bar complete with coffee maker & mini fridge, full bath w/ corner shower, & queen sized bed. The bunk house is nestled among majestic oaks on a small livestock ranch in the heart of the Hill Country. Come escape the craziness of the city and hang with the other ranch residents: Bud, Sissy & Pancho Donkeys, Dune Bug & Doc the horses and Missy and Lefty the floppy eared goats.

Welcome to The Long Branch 1905 - a piece of Llano County history. Guests will enjoy 10.5 lush acres with views of Packsaddle Mountain. The tiny home is equipped with all modern fixtures + full kitchen/bathroom. We have a private bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The property offers a sand beach with lake access for all your water activities. In addition, there are 2 refreshing pools onsite. The property offers multiple activities including volleyball court, tennis court, horseshoe pits, shuffle board, Chess, playground, BBQ grills and a fire pit to relax and enjoy S'mores at the end of the day.

Plenty of room to park your trailers if you are mountain biking or boating. You can enjoy the porch all night if you like howling at the moon and stars. Enjoy the goats, Don Juan is the main man, Pedro is the chief rabbit. Cabin is equipped with full size refrigerator, large country sink and a two burner stove.
