Located on a high-bank of the Muskegon River with spectacular views of the river valley, this newly remodeled cabin will give you the getaway you are looking for. You are minutes from boat launches to fish, kayak, or canoe the Muskegon River, Croton or Hardy Pond. The North Country Trail and the new 40-mile Dragon Trail are less than 15 minutes away for hiking and biking enthusiasts. Enjoy beautiful views and peaceful relaxation at the River Valley View cabin. Quiet East Muskegon home in the woods

This is our personal home that we don't live in from spring - fall. Its a quiet area in the woods on a little creek. Perfect for bonfires or just a place to rest. Sitting back about a half mile off the road about the only noise you'll hear at night is maybe the wolves howling at the near by wolf sanctuary. We are only a 15 minute drive to anywhere in Muskegon. We can set up a private boat tour for up to 8 of Muskegon Lake and Lake Michigan for $100/2 hrs. Note: There is no full kitchen.

Lofty Cabin

This is a serene location, surrounded by mixed pines and hardwoods. Wander the trails and dirt roads or sit under the metal roof to hear the rain. Close to all water sports especially kayaking and tubing on the Muskegon River or boating on Croton and Hardy Dam ponds. The Dragon Trail is 3 miles away. Access for North Country Trail is from multiple locations near the cabin. Located 4 miles from Newaygo for small town fun and food. Three miles from Croton Damn. Fast internet service.

Join us at this tranquil retreat perfect for couples or small families. A wonderful escape in any season. With a sandy bottom & clean water, this 60 acre all-sport lake is a wonderful spot to paddleboard, kayak, fish, boat or just sit, rest & read. Gradual depth increase & no drop-off. There are 2 public launches & our 40 foot private dock for your own boat or jet ski! 2 kayaks & 1 paddleboard available. Joining us in winter? Ice fishing, local snowmobile trails & beautiful sunsets.

Cozy 4bdr cabin w/hot tub on the Muskegon River

Riverbend Ranch is a place to rest and reset. A place where you can find adventure for the outdoor enthusiasts and peacefulness for those who seek tranquility. Deer run through these ravines and salmon swim through the river bend, come see all the wildlife! Enjoy soaking in the hot tub and spending time with those you love on the ranch! Please note we do have a rental agreement to sign. This is to ensure a wonderful stay for you as our delighted guest and for others that come after you!

A FrAme CottAge on Hess Lake

Have fun on the water at all-sports Hess Lake. Located in Grant/Newaygo it’s perfect for a lake front getaway. Our cottage sleeps 4-6 with sunrise views of the lake. It is on the smaller side but we're a big family and want to make sure other families and friends that don't mind sharing one bath have the option. Just 40 minutes from Grand Rapids and less than 10 minutes from downtown Newaygo. Spend a day on the sandy shores of the lake or close by tubing trips down the Muskegon River.

Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

Get your getaway on 10 private and wooded acres just 1 hour north of Grand Rapids, 30 minutes to Lake Michigan, 20 minutes to the Hardy/Croton Dam/Pond and Muskegon River areas, and less than 10 minutes to several North Country Trailheads. Explore the property or walk right into 492 acres of the Manistee National Forest. Come to unplug, and stay to reconnect, at the Woodmoor Cabin Log A-Frame and Bunkhouse.
