A beautiful country getaway, our guest cottage is meticulously clean and comfortably furnished. A living room, bedroom with queen bed and bathroom, all set in a quiet and private cottage on our 30 acre property. Relax on the deck and gaze out at the pastures where the horses graze. We have ponds, creeks and woods to enjoy. We are 5 mins from Lake Michigan, 30 mins to Sleeping Bear Dunes, 10 mins to Frankfort and Crystal Lake. Beautiful views wherever you look. It's a perfect place to unwind.

There is nothing like listening to the Lake MI waves crash on the shore. It will mesmerize you, lull you to sleep or invigorate you to swim in the surf! This is the view from your private balcony in this very well-built Lindal home north of Manistee MI. The outer deck is a shared space with the hosts and sits just above the water's edge. Enjoy a glass of wine, chat with your hosts, watch the sunset and stay to star-gaze. This lovely setting is fabulous. You will want to return again and again!

Fumee Lake Place

Enjoy the solitude and peaceful beauty of this private downstairs unit situated on Fumee Lake in Iron Mountain. This space is close to the many wonderful activities in the area. In summer, enjoy peaceful kayak cruises on Lake Fumee, or go 2 miles away to beautiful all sports Lake Antoine for boating and swimming. Nearby whitewater rafting as well. In Winter there is cross country skiing right out the back door and downhill skiing at Pine Mountain as well as Snowmobiling paths everywhere!

Borrow our canoes to use on Rose Lake (100 acre-lake). Plenty of parking for trucks, trailers, ATV/UTVs, and snowmobiles. Access trails/routes from our place. Numerous lakes, streams, and the Wolf River near by! Seventeen miles to IAT Kettlebowl segment. Shuttling possible. We are quiet, family-friendly, God-loving, nature-respecting.

The property is surrounded by Maple and Oak mature forest yet has an open meadow perfect for picnics and star gazing. It is beautiful here; you can rest and recharge close to nature. Adventure Outpost is totally updated and designed for your comfort and convenience. The space is cozy, light and refreshing and big enough for the whole family!

Peaceful private getaway on Lake Michigan

Relax and enjoy this fully renovated, unique and tranquil getaway. The updated 2nd floor lakefront retreat is cozy and functional. The space features an open layout that seamlessly combines the living area, kitchen, dining and bath. You will have full use of the suite which is closed off from the main house making it truly private. Reservations for 2026 can be booked starting in 2026 when all dates will be open for booking. Cozy Farmhouse Studio

The 16 X 19 foot private studio, is located on the second story of our 120 year old farmhouse and has a private entrance and drive. It is equipped with its own kitchen, bathroom, balcony, queen bed, couch and closet. Our farmhouse is located on five scenic acres adjacent to our pottery studio and gallery. Please be aware that we have no air conditioning. It usually cools off at night, so it’s not typically necessary. We have a ceiling and cooling fan for the hot days.

Our fully inclusive suite is very spacious with its own kitchen, private bath and laundry room, fully renovated in 2025! You will be staying in the historic parlor of our 1869 building, offering all the modern amenities in a historic setting. The decor is contemporary and comfortable, with two Queen sized beds, an additional couch, desk&table to spread out comfortably. Located in downtown, across from Fincantieri Bay Ship, a minute walk away from bars and restaurants.

Within walking distance to bars, restaurants, the grocery store, gas station, gym and shopping. Gladstone's beautiful Van Cleve Park and beach are just 0.7 miles away! Gladstone sits on Little Bay De Noc which is a world-class walleye fishery and a year-round destination for anglers.
