Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

A sectional couch for relaxing, or watching tv. You’ll have a separate parking space, and a bistro set to enjoy on the carriage house porch.

Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

This funky studio is just minutes from downtown, UT, Neyland and Thompson-Boling. It has a fully stocked kitchenette complete with a beverage fridge, microwave and hotplate. The studio is attached to a larger house, but is completely locked off and private. It also has its own parking and entrance.
