Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Relax in a unique and private one bed, one bath apartment sitting above our beautiful barn with your own heated garage parking. The space comes with a full kitchen, a gas stove, washer and dryer, and all the comforts of home. We are centrally located between downtown Hornell and Alfred, home to Alfred State and Alfred University. You would share a large U shaped driveway with the hosts, but will find plenty of privacy in this rural setting. We’d love to have you stay!

This single level home is located just outside of Hornell, NY in a quiet, secluded country setting. Letchworth 45 mins, Watkins Glen 1 hour and Niagara Falls 2 hours. We purchased the property in 2018 and made necessary upgrades while retaining the original character of this classic home. The view of the backwoods from the living room is spectacular! We live at the adjacent property located a few hundred feet away, so we are available as needed.

The Main&Central Suite 1&2 combination is the entire second floor of this beautiful Victorian home, located 2 blocks from the Wellsville Main St businesses and events. You will enjoy clean, warm, spacious rooms with comfortable king beds. Each private bedroom has its own living room with a day bed and tv. The full kitchen is very accommodating, and the large bathroom includes a washer and dryer.

Riesling Retreat - Waterfront Cottage, Lamoka Lake

Riesling Retreat is situated on scenic Lamoka Lake, in NY’s Finger Lakes Region, between Keuka and Seneca lakes. Our cottage is professionally cleaned after each visit and boasts an expansive covered porch, full kitchen with gas stove and island for cooking, manicured lawn with fire pit, dock, and launch for the kayaks or canoe. It is central to Watkins Glen, Hammondsport, and more than 250 wineries; you can’t go wrong!
