Ceiling 6'5" with 1 lower beam. We live upstairs--the unit is noise insulated.

Trail close by takes you down to the waterfront and along the front of the city (Martin Goodman trail) - a 35 minute ride to the CN Tower area. 20 minute walk to Marine Parade drive - lakefront restaurants and patios!
