Nestled in 11 forested acres of the Pine River Valley, we are just 1 hour north of Pearson & 45 minutes from Collingwood or Wasaga. Hike the trails, enjoy the hot tub and leave the busy world behind. Close to Lake Simcoe & walking trails. This is a room in our home with a shared bathroom if second bedroom is rented. Bathroom & kitchenette aren't shared with us. Our home/neighborhood is quiet & perfect for studying, rest & relaxation. In the summer enjoy the backyard deck and our BIG tree.

Minutes from the Bruce Trail which offers breathtaking views, waterfalls and adventurous hiking experiences. 10 mins from Beaver Valley Ski Club, and 20 mins from Blue Mountain Village/Ski Resort. Area offers unique shops, wineries, cideries, excellent restaurants. If you love being on the water, Georgian Bay beaches are a short drive away, offer boating, swimming, or fishing activities and more!

West Room w Queen Bed: Eddie Sargent House

This is one of Owen Sound's finest homes. Built by a general merchant in 1887, it retains its light and historic charm, but has been extensively updated for modern day comfort. This large bedroom has large west-facing windows with a black-out blind and a queen-sized bed with the option of a single mattress on the floor (beds can accommodate three adults, or one adult and two children or two adults and one child). The room is stocked with toys and books suitable for 3 to 12-year-olds.
