Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Familien und Ihr habt es ganz für Euch allein. Es liegt direkt an einem Kanal, der zwei Seen verbindet und verfügt über zwei Terrassen, eine davon direkt am Wasser. Faßsauna und Whirlpool sind zur Alleinnutzung im Garten vorhanden. Wir nutzen das Haus selbst noch häufig, weshalb es über eine voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt. Freut Euch auf zwei Bäder, zwei Elternschlafzimmer, zwei Jugendschlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Lounge für Kinoabende.

Aus diesem Gedanken entsprang die Idee, dieses Bootprojekt zu realisieren. Unser liebevoll modernisiertes Fährschiff Bj. 1925 liegt citynah direkt vor der Rummelsburger Bucht. Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

Willkommen bei 'Carl & Marie' in Seenähe (DG)

Unser Haus wurde 1897 von unseren Ururgroßeltern Carl & Marie erbaut und wurde in den letzten Jahren von meiner Familie saniert. Es liegt in Storkow, einer brandenburgischen Kleinstadt, 60 km südöstlich vom Berliner Stadtzentrum. Das Haus hat zwei getrennte Wohnungen, eine im Erdgeschoss und eine im Dachgeschoss, die separat vermietet werden. Dies ist das Inserat für die Dachgeschosswohnung. Werden beide Wohnungen gemietet, können sie über eine Tür im Erdgeschoss miteinander verbunden werden.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Storkower See und bietet den perfekten Ort zum entspannen. Unser eigener Steg ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und steht unseren Gästen zum Baden zur Verfügung - ideal für Familien oder Freunde. Die Umgebung lädt zu zahlreichen Freizeitaktivitäten wie Schwimmen, Radtouren, Golfen, Angeln, Bootsfahrten oder Wanderungen. Zur Entspannung nach einem aufregenden Tag steht dir eine Sauna zur Verfügung, in der Du herrlich relaxen kannst.
