Dit prachtige huis is gelegen aan de westkust van het eiland en ligt goed op de wind. De locatie ligt in de nabijheid van de mooiste stranden. Met het adembenemende uitzicht vanuit het balkon zult u zeker volledig ontspannen en genieten. Koel lekker af in uw privé zwembad dat is uitgerust met een zoutwatersysteem. Casa Tulia Apartment comes to you with a generous total surface area (43m2) and comfortable pool. (8x4m). It has been build only recently (2018). It is located in Grote Berg, right between Willemstad and the finest bays and quietest beaches of Curaçao. The studio is provided with a silent air conditioning system (10 kWh a day is included). Casa Tulia Studio is not suitable for children. Pool might be shared with the max two guests who stay at Casa Tulia Apartment.

Super cheap tanks rental just 2 minutes away. 30 min drive from other beaches like Playa Grandi Westpunt (with the turtles) Cas Abou & Portomarie. The apartment is at the street side. There is no seaview. But you are on the property so you can take your breakfast tray and enjoy it at the sea. Its a beautiful experience.

Detached Private Studio Price Includes Utilities

Cozy backyard house that can be your little oasis away from home. This unit has two double doors that open out into the yard with an additional six windows all windows have screens and can be opened. Unit has a working A/C unit and hot water shower. The kitchen though small is functional with a new apartment sized fridge and new microwave as well as cook top. Enjoy using the community pool at your leisure.
