Also, a nice kitchen, dining room, and living room with flat screen TV, foldout couch, and tons of natural light. Private spot on the river! Breakfast fixings: coffee, tea, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, waffle/muffin mix. Microwave, toaster oven, ele. hot plate for cooking. Dorm size refrig/freezer.
