Salão grande e espaçoso com vista incomparável no início de Banchi di Sopra, Piazza Salimbeni e a sede do Monte dei Paschi, formado pelos palácios nobres Tantucci, Salimbeni e Spannocchi. Segundo salão com biblioteca, sofá-cama e a mesma vista exclusiva. 2 quartos grandes com vista para a cidade e camas king-size. 3 banheiros, um com jacuzzi e outro com chuveiro. Um longo corredor que atravessa o apartamento, entrada espaçosa e terraço privado no pátio interno. Terceiro salão com sofá-cama e vista para a cidade.
