Across the street is our 7 mile park bordering the lake with walking/bicycle trails, playground, picnic areas, basketball, 2 miles from Superior Courts & historic downtown.

I designed this home to have 2 separate living spaces with private entrances on opposite sides of the house. The front is the vacation rental entrance accessing the entire first/lower level. My entrance is on the back side of the property. My family owns part of Lake Shore Island located on Guntersville Lake. There are 5 houses on our property scattered over 8 acres. My home and vacation rental is about 3 football fields from the shore, up the hill, providing beautiful views of the lake.

Cozy Tiny Home w/large deck, hot tub and firepit

The Trail House is perfectly placed among the trees with many tall windows to take advantage of the gorgeous views. The large 2-tiered deck has two separate sitting areas. Hike, rock climb, bike, cave, kayak, fish, swim at the base of the waterfalls or sit and relax. Do it all, do absolutely nothing, or a little of both here at the Trail House. There is a second larger home on the same property that can be rented separately listed as New Tiny Home in the Mountains. Shown in last photo.

Coyote’s Cabin Treehouse is 224 sq ft that sits up high on a bluff with Scarham creek below. Hot tub sits overlooking the creek. There’s no TV or WIFI. We only offer the noise of nature. Please note: this is a smoke free ( including marijuana) , pet free and no children allowed. Please respect our home. This lake view cottage is walking distance from Civitan Park, Brown's Creek launch, a Mexican restaurant and a grocery store. The driveway is accessible from the road and alley, which makes it ideal for parking up to three pick-up trucks with boat trailers. It has two TV's, one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom, plus high speed WiFi. The screened porch is furnished and provides a great spot to relax and enjoy our wonderful north Alabama evenings!
