In The Broads National Park, close to the North Norfolk Coast, ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers & anyone wanting peace.

Brindle Studio

You will love this self contained studio which is sunny in summer yet cosy in winter. Brindle studio has two private outside seating areas. One sunny courtyard garden and one cosy undercover area. Brindle studio has its own private entrance .The studio is attached to our home ( So some noise at times maybe heard ) although the adjoining door is locked giving you a private area. We have designed brindle studio to give you a feeling of security to enable you to have a relaxing time in Norfolk.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Property was built in 1885, we having loving restored this building and have kept many of the Original features which can be seen, we've also given it a modern up to date touch,it has a Wonderful Outdoor Space where there is a seating area. The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.
