It has been fully modernized and furnished to a high standard over the years without losing the charm of exposed beams, wall ties and an open fire. A ground floor bedroom and bathroom allow less mobile visitors to be included.

Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.

Facilities include kitchenette with utensils, small fridge/freezer, oven and a two ring hob, kettle and toaster. Complimentary teas, coffee and milk on arrival.
