It has a spectacular ocean view surrounded by a peaceful pond, incredible sunsets, lots of trees and wildlife. Sits 5 minutes from Bean Hollow Beach and many others minutes away between Half Moon Bay and Santa Cruz. This cottage is safe and private with beautiful outdoor living.

Built in 1925, Maybecks' “Cubby” is your private, rustic, 750 sq ft, carriage house located less than a mile from Cal. Homey and basic - the deck is great for lunch, dinner, or just hanging out. It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.

(It is not in Bolinas, online maps services are still confused about this fact)
