The two story guesthouse is welcoming, well equipped (no TV), has AC, 1 queen size bed, 1 queen sofabed, is near Royal Ski Mount. The attic is finished and has a double bed and single bed as well. The home is not childproof for toddlers. My home is 26 miles from Cooperstown, Ommengang Brewery and within one mile from the NY thruway. Lovely antique shops in town with places to eat in walking distance. No smoking inside. No pets.

The Warren House

Located quietly above the city, this modest home is about a half-mile from the shops and restaurants of downtown Little Falls and Canal Place. It sits in a peaceful neighborhood that locals once called Huddletown. My father built this house in the 1960s. He gave it a simple, open design that’s served our family well for decades. It sits on a half-acre lot, with plenty of room in the front and back yards.
