Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Denna lägenheten finns i ett hus med 4 lägenheter i hjärtat av Varberg, med en känsla av att man befinner sig på landet. Närhet till centrum, bad, nattliv, shopping och restauranger 10 min gångtid. Härlig innergård, som givetvis får utnyttjas, flera uteplatser och veranda. Lägenheten är fullt utrustad, finns det speciellt behov för nåt mer, så kan vi garanterat lösa detta. Tystnad, lugn och ro! Vi vill dela med oss av vårt paradis. Tillgång till båt och grillplats och oändligt med grusvägar. En egen lägenhet som ligger i vår verkstadsdel precis utanför vårt bostadshus. Vandring och cykling i magisk natur. Jälluntoftaleden är 12 km låg och ligger nära. Abborrar och gädda i sjön. Fiber-nätet vid regniga dagar! Ni har tillgång till båt och ved. Inget fiskekort krävs.
