Welcome to our modern two bedroom, two-story apartment. Sleeps five people comfortably, with a plush queen and king bed, twin pullout couch in the living room, which also features a foosball coffee table for entertainment. Fully equipped kitchen has cooking utensils and a charming coffee bar with a wide variety of coffee and tea.The bathroom has all the essentials so you don't need to pack anything. We have a charming sitting area outside. We also offer a local bottle of wine for 2 days or more.

Close to down hill and cross country skiing, The links walking trails, winery, brewery , distiller. Colleges include Cazenovia, Morrisville, and Colgate, and only 25 miles to Syracuse University.
