Welcome to OAH-1870, the oldest surviving house in Ålesund’s city center – a charming cultural treasure built in 1870. This unique home withstood the devastating fire of 1904, preserving not only its original character but also a true piece of local history. A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Situated close to UNESCO World Heritage sites like the iconic Geirangerfjord, this cabin offers easy accsess to some of Norways most breathtaking and protected natural landscapes.

This seaside property is one of the few homes directly by the water in this region. It offers a perfect setting for relaxation, taking in the stunning views from the house or the sauna. Kapteinåsen, Sæbø

Koselig feriehus med fantastisk utsikt mot Hjørundfjorden. Flere uteplasser/terrasse, bålpanne og grill. Utendørs jacuzzi for 5-6 personer. Huset ligger 35m fra parkeringsplass i hellende terreng. Liten sandstrand og felles grill/uteområde i nærheten. 400m til Sæbø sentrum med dagligvarebutikker, nisjebutikker, hotell og campingplass. Motorbåt kan leies mot ekstra kostnad, flytebrygge 50m fra huset. Gi gjerne beskjed før ankomst om båtleie er aktuelt.

Stedet vårt er nærme Ålesund lufthavn. Ålesund airport. Flott natur. Landelig og rolig. Likevel kun 20 min. med bil til Ålesund sentrum. Stedet mitt er bra for par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende. Kan også passe for en liten familie. (Ekstra madrasser). Vi kan også være behjelpelig med transport til/fra flyplassen på sen ettermiddag/kveld. Det ligger en DØGNÅPEN (mandag-lørdag) dagligvare-butikk 2 km fra utleiestedet. Joker Vikane. Adr: Vikevegen 22.

Fjelltoppar, koselege setrar, fjord og badeplass er kun gåavstand unna. Liker du å gå på topptur på ski har vi ski in, ski out på vinteren. Vi har flotte Berdalsnibba rett bak oss.

Located in the center of very nice places to visit in the westcoast of Norway - Trollstigen, Gejranger, Ålesund, Atlantic Road, Romsdalseggen. The toilets and showers are located in the common sanitary building, +/-150m from de cabin.
