Located on the top floor of a 2-unit townhome, lovely, decor Condo, with Quilty amenities', and very relaxing atmosphere...

The Mill Apartment

This 3 bedroom island apartment is a newly renovated space in the center of historic Dunmore Town that has been in my family for 5 generations. Overlooking the bay with a perfect view of the sunset from the living room and balcony. It is conveniently located near the main dock where you will arrive to the island by water taxi or seaplane. Conveniently located near the dock, pink sand beach, cafés, restaurants, and nightlife. The Elbow Room Bar is downstairs and is open Mon-Sat from 4pm-12am.

The Annex at Watercolor, Harbour Island, BH

Watercolors Annex is a detached building, converted boat house w a private detached bathroom, large open air shower room. Just one block up from the Harbour, approx. a 7 mn. walk to Pink Sands Beach, located in the village area, across from the Deli. Walking distance to everything. You’ll love this place because of Location!. Best for singles or a couple. We do not book out far in advance as the priority booking is the main house. Rustic but charming! You will have the spaces to yourself!

Three Little Birds is located right next to Romora Bay club for dining, dancing, fishing... It is very close to the famous pink sand beach, Its on the southern side of Harbour Island, a few blocks out of Dunmore Town, just before the new Briland Club Marina. It's a fantastic part of the island. A quiet setting tucked in amongst mature Dilly and coconut trees and lush flora and fauna This rental configuration includes the main house and the attached Sirens studio suit for 2 bdrms , 2 baths.

The Flat is 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms. Equipped with wi-fi, full kitchen and a dining room with the view of the bay side. The Flat is a 10–25-minute stroll into picturesque Dunmore Town or a simple 5-8 minutes to anywhere around town by golfcart. Ask me about securing a golfcart rental, the best mode of transportation on the island. Check-in is at 3pm Check-out is at 11am Housekeeping is every other day, except for Sundays and local holidays

Brand new build with old island charm, steps from pink sands beach and views out over the blue Bahamian waters. *Update April 23,2025 we have installed a battery backup system which can power the unit for up to 36 hours in the case of power outages. It is a seamless transition when the power goes out, it doesn't even reset the Internet modem so you'll never even know the power is out.
