“Remise Graefekiez” – a historic brick coach house from 1890 with a private garden; once built for carriages, now a quiet hideaway and holiday retreat in the second backyard of Fichtestraße, right in the heart of the Graefekiez (Kreuzberg). The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. We use 100% green electricity.

The area is part of Neukölln, which has a lot of interesting spots to visit. U-Bahn, Bus and S-Bahn are just around the corner.
