This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown. The location of the home is semi-commercial. A neighbor has teenagers and are sometimes known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged small town with areas of distress and ranks poorly in terms of economic opportunities. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. The town is small and less developed which appeals to those seeking a quieter life.

Serene Studio is just that- a quiet, peaceful, private space to lay your head after exploring St. Augustine. Our 500 sq. foot studio cottage is detached from the main house, where we live. It's set in a residential neighborhood that runs along the Intracoastal Waterway (which makes for gorgeous morning or evening strolls). We're a 10 minute car ride (without traffic!!) to the historic downtown or St. Augustine Beach. Serene Studio is the best of both worlds without the noise, hustle and bustle!

Winter Hawk Hideout

15 minutes from ol' St Augui. Located in the heart of this typical Florida woods and nested by oaks that saw the Seminole War as we are walking distance from Ft Peyton and 2 miles away from where Osceola was captured. The house sits on half acre of gardens and the decor is ranch, asian and whimsical .The goal is for you to feel transported away for a while. I do have 2 very small, well behaved and quiet dogs and one never seen cat. They do not have access to your quarters or are allowed in.

Located adjacent our guest studio but the suite is entirely yours and private. These two share a lush garden path, but have separate porches and entrances. The MarshMellow is a well thought out accommodation that has everything we think you'll need for a lovely stay in St. Augustine. A 20 minute stroll to the Amp and short drive or bike to the beaches or downtown.

Welcome to the Damon Nomad! Gated Lakefront campground. No RV experience needed. Across street salt springs. A short drive to Silver glen, Silver, Alexander & jupiter springs. An ideal place to stay while visiting our lovely historic St. Augustine. It's in a quiet neighborhood close to beaches, historic district, restaurants and stores. The unit is above the two-car garage where you enter to go up stairs to the 500 square foot apartment. It has a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It's a few short blocks to Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) where you can enjoy breath-taking walks. Short drive to everything!
