The perfect spot to disconnect from the hustle/bustle and technology. Modern amenities include gas fireplace, A/C, washer/dryer, TV, Record Player, DVD Player. Connect with nature, snuggle up by the fireplace, read a book, play a board game or listen to some vinyl and unwind. There is NO INTERNET but there is spotty LTE/cell service.

Trackers' Cabin-HIKE IN-Pet Friendly-No Neighbours

This rustic, solar cabin has it's own private hiking trail(100m, steep hill) and private parking area. The trail winds it's way up to your private view overlooking Golden Lake. You will feel tucked away in this cozy spot surrounded by mixed oak forest, sitting atop Canadian Shield rock formations. 2nd floor guest suite located only 5 minutes to downtown Bancroft. This large suite has a queen bed, queen pull out sofa bed, mini fridge with freezer, microwave, smart tv, keurig machine (tea, coffee, sweeteners and milk/cream provided) and spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Please note that a full flight of stairs must be climbed to access this unit once inside the door. Please also note there is no kitchen in this suite, cooking appliances & candles are prohibited due to fire risk.

The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.
