Walks to enjoy - nearby is the sea, forest, vineyards, Downs or riverside. London 2 hours by car, 90 mins by train.

Camber Sands’ famous dunes, this property is perfect for those who love the beach and sea. If you hate sand this is not the property for you-a real beach experience.

There are many shops restaurants and cafes within a short walk of the property and the newly rebuilt pier is a 20 minute stroll along the seafront. A further 10 minutes walk and you will be in the historic old town of Hastings.

You have access to 3 floors – two lovely bedrooms, comfy king beds, cotton linen, towels, big window and high ceilings; 1 bathroom, with bath & strong shower & natural toiletries; living /dining room, with big TV and fireplace; bright kitchen and patio & garden. Free parking on the road; 10-minute walk to beach, 5 to the train! The Old Town and St Leonard's are all walkable.
