Beautiful Apartment Connected to an Art Gallery

This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. With hardwood floors and black and white fixtures, each space has an elegant charm and character. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Mitte neighborhood is within walking distance to many of the city's iconic locations such as Checkpoint Charlie with superb shopping, dining, and nightlife nearby as well. There is easy access to public transport making exploring easy and convenient.

Künstlerstudio mit Balkon im Wald am See

Hallöchen, hier könnt ihr ein neues wunderschönes kompaktes Studio buchen. Mitten in der Natur im Wald am See. Es gehört zur Waldschenke Stendenitz unserem künstlerisch bunten Restaurant. Die sonnigen Studios verfügen über eine kleine Küche, ein, schnuckeliges Bad und einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf Wald und Bauwagen. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar zum Wandern und Naturgenießen. Da war gerade in der Enphase des Baus sind gibt es noch keine richtigen Fotos, aber die Studios sind wirklich schön :)

The world-famous Museum Island, the Cathedral and the Reichstag are all within walking distance. Absolute peace and quiet at home with breathtaking views over the city (Fernsehturm, Rotes Rathaus, large inner courtyard roof terrace with loungers) and luxury interiors. The perfect hideaway in the city center.

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung ist als Einliegerwohnung Teil unseres Einfamilienhauses in Paretz. Unser schöner Garten darf gerne gemeinschaftlich mit unseren Tieren (Hund, Katze und Schaf) geteilt werden und lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Naturliebhaber und Ruhesuchende kommen in Paretz ganz sicher auf ihre Kosten; ob beim Spaziergang in dem Naturschutzgebiet der "Paretzer Erdlöcher" oder auch beim entspannten Baden in der nur 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichenden Havel-Badestelle.

Apartment auf historischer Hofanlage bei Prenzlau

Nur 1,5 Autostunden von Berlin findet man in der Uckermark Weite, Wasser und wunderschöne Natur. Dieser von Wald-, Seen- und Feldlandschaft umgebene Dreiseitenhof nahe der märkischen Eiszeitstraße wurde kürzlich aufwendig saniert. Der Hof verfügt über eine Alleinlage und ist über eine Allee zugänglich. Auf dem Gelände sind die Feldsteinmauern eines alten Stalls als malerische Ruine erhalten worden. 2 Badeseen sind fussläufig erreichbar. Wer Natur und Ruhe schätzt, wird es hier lieben!

3 Charming 2 Room Apartment in Berlin Mitte

This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and museums, yet quiet. It is lovingly planned and furnished. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom is small but has a 160x200 double bed. The living room is equipped with a cosy sitting corner including a 140x200 sleeping sofa. Please know the sofa is not as comfortable as a propper bed. We finally got an elevator! The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short.

Für exzessive Partys ist unser Hof leider nicht geeignet. Unser Haus wurde ca. 1850 erbaut. Wohnhaus & Scheune des denkmalgeschützten 3-Seiten-Hofs sind im Eichen-Fachwerk errichtet. Um das Haus stehen 10 Hochzeitslinden. Im November, wenn die Linden zurückgeschnitten sind, ist das Haus in seiner ganzen Pracht zu sehen. Ab Mai verschwindet es dann langsam hinter schattenspendendem Blätterwerk, und bleibt so den ganzen Sommer herrlich kühl...
