This is a cozy little private space located in a small Volga German community known for the St. Fidelis Catholic Church, or "The Cathedral of the Plains," built from 1908-1911. The parish was was declared a minor basilica in 2014 and is one of the "Eight Wonders of Kansas." Victoria is located approximately halfway between KC and Denver and just a mile from I-70. It's a great place to stay the night and still be able to ski the slopes of Colorado the next afternoon if that is your destination.

The Parsonage 1873 - No Fees!

Make your trip unforgettable! Step back into the Wild West, the early days of Hays City! One of the oldest homes still standing from the early days of Hays, built in 1873. This two bedroom, two bath, has been renovated to reflect the rough and tumble, primitive days in Hays City. With modern amenities such as, but not limited to, heated floors, air conditioning, walk in showers, a large antique soaking tub, coffee, king and queen beds. Historic photos and books make for an interesting stay!

Excellent small home right in the middle of downtown Hays. Only 2 blocks from FHSU, The Water Park, Restaurants, Bars, and Shops! Our place is great for FHSU parents traveling for Athletics, Alumni, Families and Travelers. Also enjoy Big Creek & an 18 hole disc golf course only a block away! The Space Small and charming 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin style house completely remodeled in 2016. Guest access Entire house. Other Notes Cabin has floor furnace and is not ideal for crawling toddlers.

Chestnut Loft - In Historic Downtown Hays

Newly built in 2017, the 2 bedroom, 962 sq ft, Chestnut Loft resides on the northern border of the Historic Downtown Hays district. From this 2nd story apartment loft, you can oversee all of downtown Hays, overlook many of the large limestone churches, view the amazing Kansas sunset every evening and sunrise each morning. Within walking distance of 2 parks, convenience stores, the entertainment, arts, dining, shopping, the business district of Downtown Hays and the Hays Bike Trail system.

In the small town of Munjor. Just a few minutes from the Hays Airport and 6 miles from I70. Soak in the claw tub with a book (take one home) and a complimentary drink for those of age. Beautiful home (3 bedroom, 3 bath) on a nice cul-de-sac in quiet neighborhood. Just 1 mile off of I70 and walking distance of Aubel Bickel park. Fenced in backyard with play-set. Garage and driveway parking available. Free wifi and Roku TVs. Super comfortable beds! King in master bedroom, Guest bedroom has twin with trundle. Queen bed in downstairs bedroom. Two large sectional couches. Early check in or late check out for $20/hr (if we can accommodate). Sorry no pets.

A Single House-1B1B

AQ house is a old small independent house and renovated in 2023. It located in Hays center, walking distance to FHSU, water park, strip mall, restaurants... And it is simple ，only one master bedroom in total, one living room and one kitchen. And the basement is storage room (the door to the basement is locked). So no need to share except with the person you are traveling with. Parking : one free driveway parking in the front yard (18' Lx9'W ).

The Hideaway

This sweet hideaway is nestled in the historic heart of downtown Hays! This little hideaway is surrounded by rich history as it sits in the historic district of Hays. Built in 1918 as a hotel, Luke and Julisa Haines renovated it in 2015 wanting to preserve the history of this building as much as they could while adding to it its modern amenities. If these walls could speak oh the stories they would tell.

The Casita

The Casita is a private apartment, brightly lit & with plenty of space for you to relax & reflect in. The host has gone the extra mile to add special touches at every turn to make your stay smooth and pleasant. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. Street parking available plus parking spaces in back of the house. NO PETS.
