Dee’s Downstairs Private Apartment

1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Please note that since this listing is in my personal family home, I will only host those with positive reviews.

You are within an hour of the “Land between the Lakes” area. Area brochures available. You have a private patio, table, grill, Wi-fi, tv, games , children’s playground, and gazebo! NO PETS, ALLOWED! Pops Cabin

Conveniently located approx 5 miles west of Paris. Pops Cabin, is located on our small 16 acre (work in progress) hobby farm of goats, chickens, 2 farm friendly dogs and occasionally a cat or 2 can be observed. :) You get the cabin all to yourself and It comes with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, a front porch to sit down and relax. Yard space available for children to play in. We are a working farm, pets are allowed under certain conditions, along with a 40 pet fee.

Home Sweet Home Country Cottage

Comfortably furnished and private one room cottage with a full kitchen and bathroom. It has a queen sized bed that sleeps 2 and a twin bed that can sleep 1. The property is located on 20 acres of timber. Deer are regularly seen in the beautiful backyard. There is a grill on the patio that guests may use. It has central heat and air and ceiling fans. It is three miles from Kentucky Lake. There is no WiFi or cable, but we do supply dvds and VHS tapes.

Country Cottage Home on 2 Acres Close to UTM

Just down the road from the local medical businesses including the hospital and Cane Creek rehabilitation center , UTM and local shops. Quite and safe neighborhood with plenty of parking. One king bed in bedroom along with a couch and air mattresses. Extra linens included. Plenty of towels. Washer/dryer. Refrigerator,Stove,Microwave.

Loft 163

Loft 163 is located on the Court Square in Downtown Huntingdon TN. It's on the second level of a newly renovated historic building that dates back to the late 1800's. It has amazing views and is in walking distance to The Dixie Performing Art's Theatre, Court Theatre, restaurants, coffee shop, gift shops, and more.

The Little Lodge

This is a nice little place to relax and get away for the weekend. Not really a great place to live as it is just too small for all your things but great with a get away bag or two. This is an older but one of a kind get away spot.
