There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

It is attached to our larger Grade 2 listed property and has its own front door, and private parking for 2 cars. There are two double beds and one single bed in the three bedrooms upstairs and also a private seating area outside accessed via patio doors.

Located in the beautiful village of Evenley, walking distance from an excellent pub as well as a village coffee shop. There are also lots of lovely walks on the doorstep.
